We bought a house with a oven-microwave combo that was mounted in a cabinet. The blower fan was so loud, we could never enjoy a mealtime conversation after using the oven because it would take forever for the blower fan to turn off and we had to talk loudly over it. We would leave the oven door wide open to try to cool the oven down faster, but it was a hazard for our toddlers and dog. Finally I got around to changing the fan. Other websites had slightly cheaper prices for the part, but they were al on back order. After trying another website and waiting for a month without any update, I cancelled that order and ordered from allmajorapplianceparts.com; they had the cheapest price by far out of the few webistes that actually had the part in-stock. I was a little paranoid about the part not really being in stock and there being a mistake on their website because at this point it seemed like it was harder to find this part online than a Dr. Seuss book. So when I didn’t get a “your part has shipped” email after three days, I shot off an email to customer service. This was at 10:00p CST, so I wasn’t expecting a reply until at least morning, but someone responded within 10 minutes, and not with an automated email! They promised to look into it and in the morning, they let me know there was a slight delay at the warehouse and asked I wanted a refund instead. I said no, and a few days later the part arrived.
