Ordered ice maker day 1 arrived day 2, questions answered quickly. Part was direct replacement no issues. Reason for 4 stars is that I don't have much confidence in the longevity of the typical ice maker, any brand. This is from my past experiences from replacing different brands in the past. They just don't make them to last. Shame. Would not hesitate to order from this company again.
